Des Moines, IowaDolly May (Cassady) Raynor 59. Dolly passed on September 28th 2023 at Corydon Specialty Care in Corydon, Iowa. Dolly was born to Bonnie May Stonehocker and Earl Gordon Cassady on January 4th 1964 in Dexter, Iowa.
She grew up Earlham Iowa. She attended school in Earlham and Winterset. She met her first husband John Fullmer in Des Moines, Iowa. They got married in 1983. Later in life she remarried to Henry Raynor. She had two daughters in February 1984 and second daughter in September 1985. She loved her kids with all her heart.
She enjoyed fishing, watching "Wheel of Fortune," telling story and spending time with her animals, especially her horse Charlie. She always talked about her grandkids and how much she loved them and how proud she was very proud of them. She was involved with Special Olympics.
She loved to make people laugh. She has the softest, loving, and kindnesses heart. She loved to love; her oldest sister Betty Stahl was her 2nd mom (she loved her dearly). Her favorite time spent with family was at the lawnmower races and family reunions. She knew no stranger and loved to visit family as much as possible.
Survived by her two daughters Virginia Fullmer (Phillips) Lamon (Nugget) of Davenport, Iowa. Dolly Barnett (Cedric) of Des Moines, Iowa. Grandchildren: Simmie (20), Alicianna (18), Isha (17), Jordan (15), all of Davenport, Iowa; Walter "little Buddy" (15), Braylen (5), Cyniah Ty’May-Marie (4), all of Des Moines, Iowa. Six bonus grandkids. Her oldest sister Betty (Larry) of Stuart, Iowa. Her four brothers Larry of Casey, Iowa. Danny(Kandy) Cassady of Redfield, Iowa. Garry (Nancy) Cassady of Earlham, Iowa. Leslie Cassady of Casey, Iowa. A lot of nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: both of her parents, sister Bonnie Kay Belew (Kay Cassady) brothers Rick and Jim Cassady. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all. A celebration of her life will be held at a later time.
