Funeral services for Dick Fuller, 26, who died Friday night of injuries suffered in an automobile accident southwest of Des Moines earlier that evening, were held in the chapel at the Fort Des Moines Army Post Monday afternoon. Burial was made in the Army Post cemetery.
Dick was the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Fuller, now of Leon, who formerly made their home in St. Charles. Dick lived with his parents in St. Charles and vicinity about five years ago. He was a member of the headquarters troop, Fourteenth cavalry at Fort Des Moines, and would have completed three years of service April 25.
He is survived by his parents; one sister, Mrs. Mildred Nicoson of St. Charles; two brothers, Elmer of Leon and Forrest who is in the army at Little Rock, Arkansas.
