PATTERSON NEWS ITEMS

J. W. Reed passed away suddenly Saturday evening at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ben Davis. The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at Lorimor.

Transcriber's notes: Full name taken from his Iowa Death Certificate. Per the death certificate, he had lived at Patterson 5 months prior to his death. Earlier census records had him in Clarke and Union counties.
