Mrs. Linnie Mckinzie Shoemaker of Cement, Oklahoma, died at the home of her son last week. Mrs. Shoemaker lived with her brother Logan of this neighborhood for several years. Mrs. McKinzie was born in Madison county and lived here until several years after her marriage to Bert Shoemaker when they moved to Oklahoma about thirty-five years ago.
Mrs. Shoemaker was one of a large family, two sisters and two brothers survive her, Mrs. Mary Bonham of Macksburg, Mrs. Anna Rawlings and John McKinzie of Blackwell, Oklahoma, and Logan McKinzie of Monroe township, also two sons of Oklahoma and many nephews and nieces.
