Vicky E. Lilly, 57, of Winterset, went to heaven to be with the Lord on Friday, November 25, 2022, at Winterset Care Center North. Graveside services will be in the Spring of 2023 at Maple Hill Cemetery in Cromwell. Powers Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.

Vicky Elaine Lilly was born May 19, 1965 in Creston, Ia., to Fred Daniel Lilly and Elaine Agnes (Hohneke) Lilly. She attended school in Greenfield before going to Creston schools and graduating in 1985 as a part of the Creston Special Education Program. Vicky lived at REM Leadway in Shelby, IA, for 22 years, before moving to Winterset in 2008. She first lived at West Care Center, then moved to Winterset Care Center North.

Survivors include her mother Elaine (Gale) Webb of Cromwell, Iowa; three brothers, Wayne Lilly of Casey, Iowa, LeRoy (Becky) Lilly of Winterset, Lonnie Lilly of Casey, Iowa; and two nieces, Samantha Marie Lilly, and Emma Rose Lilly. She was preceded in death by her father Fred Lilly in 2011 and her grandparents, Herman & Margaret Lilly and Charles & Mamie Hohneke.
