Page 1, Column 6The body of Mrs. J. B. T. Ritchie will be brought to Winterset this evening for burial. There will be no funeral service. Mrs. Ritchie died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Jessie DeFord, in Des Moines last Wednesday evening. The funeral has been delayed on the account of the delay in the arrival of the only son who lives in Montana.
The family was long prominent in Madison county. Mr. Ritchie at one time being its most prominent stock buyers and one of its largest farmers.
