RUTH E. NOLAND - Carlisle

Ruth E. Noland, 81, of Carlisle, died of Alzheimers Monday at the Carlisle Care Center. Services will be 12 noon Friday at Richardson Funeral Home in Carlisle, with burial at Carlisle City Cemetery.

Ruth was born in Earlham, Iowa, and had worked as a homemaker. She was a member of Friends Church.

She is survived by two sons, Larry and Gary Noland, both of Carlisle; two daughters, Barbara McDannel and Alice Brammer, both of Carlisle; a sister, Pauline Noland of Adel; 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Wayne, who passed away July 1,2001.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Carlisle Care Center.
