Mrs. Jessie Vincent Dead

Mrs. Jessie Hursh Vincent died at Pittsburg, Kansas, May 3rd of consumption. She had only recently returned from Phoenix, Arizona, where she had gone in hope that the climate would cure her.

Mrs. Vincent was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hursh formerly of Winterset and grew to womanhood in this city where she had many friends. She was in Winterset about a year ago, the guest of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Tidrick and was then cognizant of the fact that death was only a matter of a short time.

She was a bright woman with a merry disposition that made her friends with everyone. Her married life was very happy and her husband who is a prosperous business man of Girand has the sympathy of many Winterset friends.
