REED, JACK W., 68, of Tampa, died Monday (Nov. 14, 1988). He was born in St. Charles, Iowa, and came here in 1964 from Des Moines, Iowa. He was a retired carpenter and was an Army veteran of World War II.

Survivors include his wife, Virginia B.; a son, Miles H., Tampa; two sisters, Marie Fuggiti, Ohio, and Jean Shirley, South Carolina; and two grandchildren.
