Page 11, Column 1Graveside services for Mrs. Effie C. Skinner, 87, of 1004 Fortieth St., who died of a heart ailment Friday at Iowa Methodist Medical Center, will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Winterset Cemetery in Winterset.
Born in Norwalk, Mrs. Skinner lived in Des Moines for 68 years. She was a member of the Federated Women’s Club, Des Moines Women’s Club, Adelphic Chapter of the Order of Eastern Star and Plymouth Congregational United Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, George F. Skinner of Portsmouth, Va.; three brothers, Olen Coe of Fraser, Lewis Coe of Afton and Albert Coe of Lacona; a sister, Mrs. Margaret Magill of Earlham, and two grandchildren.
The body is at Westover Funeral Home.
