Judith Ann Collins, 57, of Kansas City, Mo., died of accidental asphyxiation Thursday at North Kansas City Hospital. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Montpelier Cemetery near Patterson.

She was born in Indianapolis and had lived in the Patterson area before moving to the Kansas City area in 1962.

Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. at Merle Hay Funeral Home in Des Moines.
