Orrin R. Clearwater

Orrin Russell Clearwater, 69, of 5660 Culver Drive SE, died Monday in the Veterans Hospital in Portland after a lengthy illness.

He was born in Iowa and farmed in the Salem area for many years. He was a veteran of World War I.

Surviving are a son, William of Cloverdale; daughter, Gay Arline Threlkel of Salem; sisters, Mrs. Garnett Clearwater and Mrs. Blanche Wilson, both of Salem; five grandchildren.

Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at W. T. Rigdon chapel with interment at Belcrest Memorial Park. Rev. John Hallstedt will officiate.

Late resident of 5660 Culver Dr. SE. Salem, Jan. 24 at a Portland hospital at the age of 69.

Survived by son, William David Clearwater, Cloverdale: daughter. Gay Arlene Threlkel. Salem; sisters, Garnet Clearwater. Blanche Wilson, both Salem. Five grandchildren also survive.

Services Thursday, Jan. 27 at 1 p.m. at the W. T. Rigdon Chapel. Interment, Belcrest Memorial Park. Rev. John Hallstedt officiating.

Orrin Clearwater

Services will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in the W. T. Rigdon Mortuary for Orrin Russell Clearwater, 69, of 5660 Culver Drive SE. Interment will be in Belcrest Memorial Park.
