Garnette Clearwater

Garnette Clearwater, 72, of 1224 Court St. NE, a resident of Salem for 70 years, and former operator of a Salem beauty shop, died Thursday in a Salem hospital.

Survivors include a sister, Mrs. Blanche Wilson, Salem.

Services are pending at Rigdon's Colonial Chapel.

Born in Iowa, she came to Salem at the age of 2.
