Lucille O. Smith, 85, of Mountain Home dies

Lucille O. Smith, 85, of Mountain Home died Sunday (July 21, 1991) at Baxter County Regional Hospital.

Services will be held July 30 at 10 a.m. at the Kirby Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Cherie Bentley officiating. Burial will be at Baxter Memorial Gardens. Visitation is set for Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Kirby Funeral Home.

Mrs. Smith, a Mountain Home resident since 1966, was formerly of Des Moines, Iowa. She was born on Dec. 8, 1905, at Dallas County, Iowa, and was a past member of the Order of the Eastern Star. She is survived by two nieces, Virginia Lucille Thompson of Webster City, Iowa, and Eloise McClure of Sun Lake, Ariz.; and several friends including, Mr. and Mrs. L.A. Beaumont of Davenport, Iowa, Gregory Beaumont of Muscatine, Iowa, Richard A. Beaumont of Indianapolis, Ind., and Beverly Jansen of Philadelphia, Pa.

She was preceded in death by both parents, Dayton and Lizzie J. McKibben Orahood, and her husband, Clifford Smith.
