WINTERSET WOMAN DIES IN NEW YORK

In a recent letter to Mrs., J. J. Gaston from Jessie Gaston Buel, of Brooklyn, New York, was received the news of the death of Mrs. Josephine Todd Leeds at her home in Brooklyn, on March seventeenth. Her death was ascribed to apoplexy. She is survived by two sons, John and Lawrence.

Mrs. Leeds, who was Miss Josephine Todd, was the niece of Dr. and Mrs. Hinshaw and made her home with them many years. She was a graduate of the Winterset high school and Parsons college at Fairfield. She taught a number of years in the Winterset schools. After her marriage, she and Mr. Leeds made their home in Oklahoma, and after his death she went to New York.

Interment will be made in Fairfield where the body of Mr. Leeds, whose death occurred a number of years ago, is interred.
