George Finley, old time painter, of Winterset, died at his home in Idaho recently. He lived while here in the southeast part of the city and took an active interest in city affairs. He went west about twenty years ago.
________________________Transcriber's note: Per his gravestone, he died September 19, 1923 and his surname is "Finlay". He is in Madison County censuses from 1880 through 1900.
