MARSH, Charles A., 70, Albany, died Sept. 22, 1965.

Survivors, wife, Hester of Albany, one son Charles Jr. of Larkspur, Calif., two daughters, Mrs. Arthur (Helen) Maher of New York City, N. Y., and Mrs. Lloyd (Mildred) Kenagy of Fullerton, California. Five sisters, Mrs. Charles Willrich of Dexter, Iowa, Mrs. Carl Shaffer of Dexter, Iowa, Mrs. Henry Christian of Minneapolis, Minn., Mrs. Theo Smith of Mason City, Iowa, and Mrs. Ralph Heacock of Medford Lakes, N. J.

Funeral services The Autumn Chapel of the AAsum Funeral Home 2 p.m. Friday. Entombment, Twin Oaks Memorial.

Friends who wish may make donations, in his memory, to a memorial fund at the First Baptist Church or to the LARC fund.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 9 on Thursday and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday. 9/22, 9/23.

Charles A. Marsh Succumbs Wed.

Charles A. Marsh, 70, 1001 W. 16th, Albany, died Wednesday morning at Albany General Hospital from a heart ailment.

Mr. Marsh was born Dec. 12, 1894, at Adair, Ia. The couple moved to Delhi, Minn., and farmed there until 1939, when they moved to Albany.

In recent years, Mr. Marsh had sold insurance for Bankers Life Casualty Co., and had been in the insurance field for 17 years. He was a member of the First Baptist Church, and of the Barracks No. 175 of the World War I Veterans.

He is survived by his widow; one son, Charles of Larkspur, Calif.; two daughters, Mrs. Arthur Maher, New York City and Mrs. Lloyd Kenagy of Fullerton, Calif.; five sisters, Mrs., Charles Willrich, Dexter, la.; Mrs. Carl Shaffer, also of Dexter; Mrs. Henry Christian, Minneapolis, Minn.; Mrs. Theo Smith, Mason City, la., and Mrs. Ralph Heacock, Medford Lakes, N. J.; and 8 grandchildren.

Services will be held at the Autumn chapel of the Asum Funeral Home. 2 p.m., Friday with Rev. Franklin Dodson officiating. Burial will follow at Twin Oaks Memorial Gardens. The family has asked that friends who wish may make donations to a memorial fund at the First Baptist Church or to the LARC fund.

Coordinator's note: The deceased was married in Madison County in 1918 and lived in Penn Township for a few years before moving on.
