Mrs. Maude Weeks of Fullerton dies; funeral Saturday

FULLERTON—Mrs. Maude Ella Weeks, 85, Fullerton, died Wednesday in a Grand Island hospital. She had been hospitalized two weeks.

Last rites will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday at Fullerton Memorial Chapel, with the Rev. John Zemanek, E.U.B. minister, officiating. Burial will be in Belgrade Cemetery. The body lies in state from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. today.

A resident of Nance County since 1923, she was born in Madison County, Iowa, in 1885 and was married to Louis Weeks in Iowa in 1908. Mr. Weeks died in 1966.

Survivors include one son, Gerald, of Tucson, Ariz.; four daughters in the Fullerton area, Mrs. Vivian (Viva) McNeff, Mrs. Ray (Ruby) Milby, Mrs. Milord (Faye) Swanson and Mrs. Al (Grace) Cunningham, 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
