HELEN M EICHNER

Helen M Eichner, 80, of 4005 S. W. 26th St. died of a respiratory ailment Saturday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Southtown Funeral Home. Burial will be at Resthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Eichner was born in Casey and lived in Des Moines 41 years. She worked for the U.S. Department of Agriculture before retiring and was a member of Lincoln Heights Lutheran Church and the Southside Garden Club.

Survivors include her husband, Harry; a son, Harold McCleary of Des Moines; a brother, John McCaulley of Omaha; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Central Iowa or the Lung Association.
