Minnie E. Brewer former Clarke county resident, died at Elm Creek, Nebr. Tuesday. The body was returned to Osceola and services were held at the Webster Funeral Home this (Thursday) afternoon with Elder C. E. Larson of the Seventh-day Adventist church officiating. Burial was in Maple Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Brewer was a daughter of the late John Harvey and Emma Emerson See and was born at Peru on June 27, 1878. She was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
She was married to William N. Brewer in Taylor county on March 31, 1895. They lived in Taylor and Clarke counties until 1946 when she moved to Nebraska where she has since made her home.
Survivors include her two daughters; Lenore Mabel Hill of Shelton, Nebr., and Thelma Ellen Johnson of Elm Creek, Nebr.; two granddaughters, Patti and Sheri; two sisters, Mrs. Ethel Collins of Van Neys, Calif., and Mrs. George Schmitt of Osceola; two brothers, R. H. See of Delworth, Minn., and Ross E. See of Osceola.
