Page 84, Column 2BROWN, Cora Walsh “Maud” born September 13, 1898 in Winterset, Iowa; passed away January 19, 1998 in Santa Barbara, California. She was the eldest of six children of Adam Walsh and Stell Koehler, all deceased. She is survived by her sons, Maxfield Joseph and George Ells; also by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Maud lived in Hollywood and Beverly Hills for over 80 years.
Mass of Christian Burial 12:30 pm, Friday, January 23 at Holy Cross Cemetery, 5835 W. Slauson Ave., Culver City. Gates, Kingsley & Gates/Smith, Salsbury directors.
