Ruth Ann Klingensmith

Ruth Ann Klingensmith, 61, passed away on April 8, 2018 at the Taylor House surrounded by her family. She was born in Winterset Iowa on February 15, 1957 to Charles and Annabelle Hutt.

Ruth grew up in the Indianola area, and then moved to Des Moines where she married the husband of her children and later in 1996 found the love of her life, Don. Later, she moved back to her roots in Indianola.

Ruth was devoted to her family and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed collecting Indian and Angel memorabilia.

Those left to cherish her memory are her children; Robyn Reed of Des Moines, Amanda Godwin of Indianola; grandchildren, Brandi, Cody, Dustin, Brittany, Peyton, Fred, Jerimy, Lilly, and Quentin; great-grandchildren Asher and Aubree; brother Robert(Verna) Hutt, and other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband Don, her parents, and her son Quentin. A celebration of life will be held at the Peterson Funeral Home in Indianola on Tuesday, April 17 2018 from 5-7 pm.
