Mrs. Marvel Wood

Mrs. Marvel Idella Wood, 70, 212 W. Main, died at 12:15 a.m. today at Sale Memorial Hospital after an illness of eight months.

Mrs. Wood was born Feb. 24, 1904 in Peru, Iowa. She came here in 1909 and was a member of the First Christian Church.

Surviving are one son, Leroy D., Republic, Mo.; a brother, Elgie Fenimore, Denver, Colo.; four sisters, Mrs. Vashti Sprenkle and Mrs. Ethyl Foster, both of Neosho, Mrs. Cecile Sinn, Allen Park, Colo., and Mrs. Opal Thomas, Omaha, Neb., and three granddaughters.

Services will be announced by the Clark Funeral Home.
