Well Known Citizen Dead

At his home in the city last Monday morning, G. M. Gracey, a well known citizen of Osceola and vicinity, passed away. Mr. Gracey had not been feeling well for some time. The doctor was to see him the evening before his death. Funeral services were conducted at the late home by the Rev. Mr. Gray at 10:30 yesterday forenoon. Interment was made in the Fields cemetery.

George Gracey was buried in Fields cemetery last Wednesday. He was a former resident of this vicinity. A large number of old neighbors and friends met the funeral party at the cemetery.

Transcriber’s note: Apparently, no full obituary was ever published. Deceased was born in Madison county, Iowa and lived there for 30 plus years.
