EUGENE CLARK, Georgia

Eugene W. Clark, 89, of Atlanta, Ga., passed away on Thursday, March 30, 2017.

Burial will take place at the McDonald-Chase Cemetery in Winterset, Iowa; the date will be announced later by the Clark family.

A native of Winterset, he received a Bachelor's degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and was a United States Navy veteran.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carol St.Vrain Clark; mother, Edna Frances McDonald, and father, Harvey Smith Clark.

He is survived by a son, Glen Clark of Atlanta, Ga., a daughter, Peggy Clark of Minneapolis, Minn.; a grandson, Rusty Hankel; and several other family members.

Arrangements are being handled by Georgia Cremation in Duluth, Ga .
