Nellie Mae, daughter of Richard and Anna Harwood, was born Dec. 9, 1876, in Adair County and passed away May 22, 1969 in the Earlham Nursing Home at the age of 92.

She was united in marriage Nov. 22, 1896 to Samuel Ernest Dwinell.

Surviving are four children, Hiram Dwinell, Redfield; Richard Dwinell, Stuart; Mable Haynes, Dexter; and Maxine Dwinell, Stuart; nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her husband, and a son, Edward.
