Funeral services for Clyde Bell, 55, of Des Moines, a former resident of this community, were held in Des Moines Friday morning and burial was made in the Union Chapel cemetery south of Patterson.

Mr. Bell’s mother was a sister of the late Gibson Cunningham. He is survived by his widow, a son, and his father, Frank Bell, all of Des Moines.

During the past 11 years Mr. Bell had been employed as a mechanic at the Ed O’Dea Chevrolet company in Des Moines.
