Ben Dowler, Lorimor, Died Wednesday

Ben Dowler, a resident of Lorimor the past twenty-five years, died at his home in Lorimor this morning at the age of 81 years.

Services will be held from the Watt’s Funeral Home in Lorimor Saturday afternoon at 2 with burial in the Beulah cemetery south of Lorimor.

Rites Saturday For Ben Dowler

LORIMOR—Funeral services for Ben Dowler, 81, will be held at the Watts-Soll funeral home in Murray at 2 p. m. Saturday. Rev. Patrick Fredde, pastor of the Baptist church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Beulah cemetery, south of Lorimor.

Mr. Dowler was born in Madison county and lived most of his life in Madison and Union counties. He had been a farmer until recently when he moved to Lorimor.

He is survived by his wife, Lillian; three sons, Joe who is in the armed forces in Japan, Jimmy of Lorimor and Harold of Omaha, Nebr.; and two daughters, Mrs. Marie Slinker of Lorimor and Mrs. Hazel O’Donnell of Plainview, Minn.
