CITY AND COUNTY

A former resident of this city passed away recently. Mrs. Dwight C. Lothrop died on Wednesday of last week at Clearmont, Wyoming, where she had lived for many years. The deceased was a sister-in-law of Mrs. Whedon, and an aunt or Dr. R. R. Davisson, of this place.
