The body of James Gill was brought here from Clarinda last Friday by G. F. Bussanmas. Funeral services were held Saturday morning in St. Patrick’s church, by the pastor Rev. M. V. Dugan, with interment in the family lot in St. Patrick’s cemetery. Mr. Gill, who was sixty-eight years of age was born on a farm three miles north of here. Surviving relatives are two brothers Edward of Cherokee and Patrick of Spring Hill, two sisters, the Misses Mary and Margaret Gill of Cummings.
