Nathaniel Harrison, known as Dick Harrison was born October 12, 1859, and departed this life April 4, 1933, at the age of 73 years, 5 months and 23 days.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Harrison of Wayne county, Iowa. Here he also grew to manhood. In 1883 on June 1st, he was united in marriage to Jennie McCallan. One daughter, Mary Ellen blessed their home. Wife and daughter preceded Mr. Harrison in death.

Mourning his departure are four grandsons, Fred, George, Harold and Morton Sweet of Brainerd, Minnesota and a large number of cousins and friends.

Funeral services were conducted by the Rev. Ward D. Tarr at the Oak Grove Evangelical church, Thursday. Burial was in the Wight cemetery.
