Services Held For Richard Stiles

Several from this community went to Des Moines Tuesday to attend the funeral of Richard Stiles, which was held at the Dunn Funeral Home Tuesday afternoon, February 26. A minister from the University Church of Christ was in charge. Burial was at Dallas Center. Leo Conrad was one of the casket bearers. Donnie Harris was an honorary one.

Richard had been in ill health, with an incurable disease for a number of years, and passed away at the age of 15 years.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Donald Stiles now of Des Moines. Donald grew up in this community and was graduated from the Earlham high school. He is now in business in Des Moines, but is a member of the Earlham Saddle Club.
