Mary E. Saxton was born in Portage co., Ohio, November 15, 1883, and died at Macksburg, January 27, 1905. She was the oldest of eight children born to Harris and Mary Ann Saxton, all of whom survive her, except Harvey Saxton who died April 30, 1904.
