Mr. Chris Scrivener died quite suddenly Friday night. His body was not found until Saturday morning by Clayton Service, as Mr. Scrivener lived alone. He was an aged man of 72. Funeral services were held Sunday forenoon at eleven o'clock at the house. Rev. Frank Moore conducted the services and interment was made in the Blair Chapel cemetery.
