Little Byron Way, whose illness was noted in these columns last week, passed away on Tuesday evening. His ailment developed into a severe case of cerebral spinal meningitis and although his chances for recovery were not encouraging, every aid that skill and careful nursing could afford was brought to his relief. The funeral services were held from the home at two o’clock this afternoon, conducted by Rev. R. W. Matheny of the M.E. church and interment made in the Winterset cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Way have the heartfelt sympathy of the community in their bereavement.
