Wayne, 86, passed away Thursday, November 28, 2013. He was born May 22, 1927 to Earl and Nettie Cozad in Earlham, Iowa.
He is survived by his loving wife, Phyllis; daughters, Joyce (Richard) Porter and Brenda (Jeffrey) Grim; 3 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren; and 2 nephews. Wayne was preceded in death by his 2 grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held, 2:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 3, 2013 at Capitol Hill Christian Church, with burial and military honors at Iowa Veterans Cemetery. Friends may visit with family from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the church.
