The death on Monday of Mrs. Sarah DeCou Kelsey of Des Moines, is noted in the Des Moines newspapers. She was a member of the DeCou family living in Winterset about 50 years ago. Interment takes place today at Monroe, Iowa. Mrs. Kelsey is survived by eight children.
