Page 1Death of Mrs. Herbert Benson
Mrs. Easter Trester Benson died on March 30, at her home in Fairmont, Minn., the body being brought to Winterset for burial on Saturday. Rev. E. B. Chancellor conducted the services at the Church of Christ that afternoon.
Mrs. Benson, a daughter of Newton Trester, had lived in Fairmont since her marriage six years ago. Her husband, a five year old son, numerous sisters and brothers, and other relatives survive her.

Page 3Easter Trester, daughter of Newton and Amanda Trester, was born Oct. 21, 1897 and died March 30, 1922 at the age of 24 years, 5 months and 21 days.
On Nov. 7, 1916 she was united in marriage to Herbert Benson at Des Moines going at once to Fairmont, Minn., where they continued to make their home. One son and one daughter were born to this union. The son, John Denton, five years of age, survives. The daughter lived only eight days. Besides the husband, son and parents, Mrs. Benson leaves to hold in pleasant memory, two sisters: Mrs. Gertrude Cambell and Mrs. Leah Miller; and two brothers, Chester and Boise; also other relatives and a goodly circle of sympathetic friends.
She united with the Church of Christ at Winterset on Jan. 13, 1915 under the ministry of Rev. Davis, and continued to hold membership in this congregation to the time of her departure from this life. Funeral services were conducted from the Church of Christ on Saturday afternoon, E. B. Chancellor, minister of that church in charge. Burial in the Winterset cemetery.
