Memorial services for former Des Moines resident Oscar Wilson, 66, of Rosamond, Calif., who died there Wednesday of a heart seizure, will be at noon Monday, with the body to be cremated in California.

Born in New Virginia, Mr. Wilson lived in Des Moines most of his life before moving to California eight years ago. Mr. Wilson was a retired worker for Solar Aircraft.

Survivors include four sons, Jerry of Sun Valley, Calif., Ronald of Des Moines, Larry of Ankeny and Norman of Memphis, Tenn.; two daughters, Pat Caffrey and Donna Coates, both of Des Moines; six brothers, Ralph of Seattle, Wash., Virgil of Paramount, Calif., and Clyde, Ernest, Donald and Elmer, all of Des Moines; a sister, Donola Stricken of Bellvue, Neb., and 17 grandchildren.

The family suggests any memorial contributions be made to the American Lung Association of Iowa.
