Services for Jerome F. Wadle, 53, of 1019 West St., will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Christ the King Catholic Church, of which he was a member, with burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery at Cumming.

Mr. Wadle died of a heart attack Tuesday at Mercy Hospital after an illness of nine years.

Born in Milo, he had lived in Des Moines 31 years and was a tree trimmer for Iowa Power & Light Co.

Survivors include his wife Alberta; a daughter, Mrs. Rebecca Koonce, and three sons, Fred, Randy and Jerry, all of Des Moines; four brothers, Andy of Indianola, Leonard, of Milo, Arthur of Owatonna, Minn., and Walter of Des Moines; two sisters, Mrs. Martha Mincks of Des Moines and Mrs. Laura McCarthy of Gibbon, Neb., and seven grandchildren.

The rosary will be recited at 8 o’clock tonight at Dunn’s Funeral Home on S.W. Ninth Street.
