Myrtle Coffman Died on Tuesday

Life-Time Webster Resident Dies at Age of 74 Years

Mrs. Myrtle E. Coffman, well-known Webster township resident, died Tuesday, April 2, at Memorial hospital in Winterset. She was 74 years of age.

Mrs. Coffman was a life-long resident of the Webster township community. She was born there June 21, 1888, a daughter of Thomas Edgar and Clara J. Weeks Smith. She was married April 3, 1910 to Thomas E. Coffman, who survives her.

She was a member of the Oak Grove E.U.B. church.

In addition to her husband, she leaves a son, Elmer S. Coffman of Winterset; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and a sister Mrs. Ray Denney of Stuart.

Funeral services will be held this Friday at 2 p.m. from the Oak Grove church, conducted by the Rev. Don Howard of Ankeny. Burial will be made in the Winterset cemetery.
