Eva C. Meyer, 91, of 2725 64th St. died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Charter Community Hospital. Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Westover Funeral Home, with burial in Resthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Meyer was born in Madison County and lived in Des Moines since 1971, after living in Van Meter most of her life. She was a homemaker and had been a member of Westchester Evangelical Free Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Edna Stonehocker of Des Moines and Vera Eilders of West Des Moines; a brother, Lloyd Golightly of Van Meter; a sister, Erma Stanley of Phoenix, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the funeral home, where the family will receive friends from 7 to 8 p.m.
