Mrs. Tom Foster who died Tuesday, Feb. 11 at an Osceola hospital, was buried in the Peru cemetery the following Saturday. Funeral services were held at Lorimor, where the family has lived for a number of years. Mrs. Foster was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kirk, and spent most of her life in this community.

LORIMOR, -- Mrs. Emma T. Foster, wife of Thomas T. Foster of Lorimor passed away Tuesday at 9:15 a. m. at the Stroy hospital after several weeks illness, she was in the hospital about 10 days.
She was a member of The Royal Neighbors of America and served as Orical for 3 years. She has been a member of the Methodist Church for 52 years. She was made a honorary life member of the W. C. T. U. and was a member of the Women Relief Core until it disbanded.
Surviving her are husband and five children, Mrs. Ruth Sawhill, Mrs. Jane Haskell and Mr. Beryl Foster of Des Moines, Earl Foster of Oregon and Mrs. Naoma Parrott of Lorimor.
Funeral Services will be Saturday 2 p. m. at Methodist Church with Rev. C. A. Calkins officiating. Burial will be at the Peru Cemetery.
