Peru Happenings

Burial services for Fred Kirk of St. Joseph, Mo., were held at the Peru cemetery Tuesday afternoon. Services were conducted by a minister from St. Joseph, and members of the I.O.O.F. lodge from Creston served as pall bearers. Mr. Kirk was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Kirk who lived in this community in earlier days. Mrs. Tom Foster of Lorimor is a sister.
