14-Year Old Peru Boy Dies

Ron McKeever, 14-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. William McKeever, died last Friday, Dec. 17, at the home of his parents in Peru.

The boy was born in Winterset Dec. 11, 1957, a son of William and Velma Seward McKeever.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by a half-sister, Lorna Stephenson; a half-brother, Gene Stephenson; a sister, Rosalie McKeever; and his grandmothers, Mrs. Nellie Chamberlin and Mrs. Goldie Seward.

Funeral services were held Monday, with grave-side services at the Peru cemetery, conducted by the Rev. Richard Hempenius.
