Elderly Resident At Nursing Home Dies

Joe C. Gillespie, a resident at a Winterset nursing home since 1952, died at the home last Friday, Feb. 28. He was 93 years of age.

There are no known relatives and nothing is known here of his former life.

Funeral services were held Monday from the Collins Funeral home in Winterset, conducted by Blair Walter. Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
