Baby Born and Died Same Day

A baby boy born this Tuesday, April 2 to Mr. and Mrs. Curtis Allen of Dexter, lived only a short time. His birth and death occurred at Memorial hospital in Winterset.

He is survived by his parents, Curtis C. and Connie Piatt Allen, a brother, Bradley C. Curtis, and his grandparents, Frank O. Allen of Winterset and Mrs. Mabel Piatt of Earlham.

Burial was held at the Winterset cemetery this Wednesday with graveside services in charge of the Rev. William E. Bowles, pastor of the First Christian Church of Winterset, Burial was made in the Winterset cemetery.
