Verlin Kerns Dies at Age of 69 Years

Verlin Kerns, well known resident of the Lorimor community, died Thursday, Feb. 15, at a Winterset nursing home. He was 69 years of age.

Mr. Kerns is survived by two sons and a daughter.

Funeral services were held Saturday from the Watts-Soll Home for Funeral in Lorimor, conducted by the Rev. Leslie Mendenhall. Burial was made in Moon cemetery at Macksburg.
