James Mooberry, 67, passed away March 12, 2011, at Eckstein Center- Hospice of the Valley in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born August 28, 1944 in Wildwood, New Jersey. He grew up in Des Moines and graduated from Des Moines Technical High School in 1962. He entered the United States Air Force in 1963 and had been stationed at Chanute Air Force base at Rantoul, Illinois. James worked for Northwestern Bell Telephone and other communication companies during his career. He lived in Prescott, Arizona until his retirement and had recently moved back to Mesa, Arizona.
James is survived by his daughter, Kristal Lockwood of Denver, Colorado; Grandchildren, Bryan, Lyndzee; Parents, James and Phyllis Mooberry of Des Moines; brothers, Jerry (Terri) Mooberry of Snohomish, Washington; David Mooberry and Kerri of Urbandale; Nieces, Nephew and many loving relatives.
James will be cremated with no services planned.
