Christina Capps, Winterset

Christina Marie Capps, 10, of Winterset, died June 2, 1996 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Cause of death is pending results of an autopsy. Funeral services will be Thursday, June 6 at 11 a.m. at the First Baptist Church in Winterset. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. until service time. The Rev. John Shaull will officiate the services, and burial will be at the Winterset Cemetery.

She was born in Des Moines on May 15, 1986. She had lived in Winterset for the past four years.

Surviving relatives include her parents, Jeff and Leah Capps; five brothers, Jeremy, Dustin, Daniel, Lucas, and Nathaniel Capps; and two sisters, Amy and Shelby Capps, all of Winterset.
